Mat classes inside the barn. Vaulted ceilings, chandeliers overhead, native bromeliads in the rails. Climate-controlled year-round.

Mat classes on the grass beside the barn. Sunrise and golden-hour outdoor fitness sessions, weather permitting.

The White Barn Pilates & Wellness Center runs small-group mat exercise classes at Cielo Farms Nursery in Southwest Ranches, Florida. Our mission is to connect you with nature while seeking alignment, breath, and progress over time.
Whether you're rebuilding from injury, training for sport, or easing back into a workout routine after time away, our instructors meet you exactly where you are and implement nature within our practice.

Movement Inside Cielo Farms Nursery's Indoor Plant Showroom
Pilates at the White Barn offers small-group mat Pilates within Cielo Farms Nursery's climate-controlled indoor plant showroom, surrounded by the distinctive botanical character of the nursery. Vaulted white trusses, chandeliers, bromeliads and natural surroundings create a Pilates experience unlike a conventional fitness studio.
