Most private fitness parties happen in a mirrored box with a folding table of snacks. Ours happens in a barn with vaulted white trusses and crystal chandeliers, surrounded by a working bougainvillea nursery that blooms hardest from October through March. There is lawn outside the doors and parking on site. Nothing needs decorating into feeling like something.
We're at 4680 Volunteer Rd in Southwest Ranches — about twenty minutes from Weston, Davie, Cooper City and Pembroke Pines, and roughly half an hour from Fort Lauderdale.

Thirty-five people can take the class at once, and the property holds up to 100 guests in total. Larger parties usually use both numbers — a class running at the center while everyone else is on the lawn with food and drinks, rotating through in waves. No. Private events are mat-based and taught to mixed ability. Your instructor guides modifications throughout, so complete beginners and regulars work side by side.
