Miramar, Florida
Fifteen minutes up I-75 from western Miramar: a barn, a lawn, and a mat workout that never feels like a gym.

From Miramar Parkway, jump on I-75 north for two exits, come off at Griffin Road and head east to Volunteer — 4680 Volunteer Rd is about fifteen minutes door to door from the Silver Lakes and Vizcaya side. Surface-street loyalists can run Dykes Road straight north instead. From east of the Turnpike give it twenty-five. Parking is free and on site, right by the barn.
Miramar stretches fourteen miles end to end — if you live in the western half, we're genuinely nearer than a studio by Miramar's own eastern edge. And what's at the other end of those fifteen minutes is unlike anything on the Parkway: a barn built from scratch inside a working bougainvillea nursery, crystal chandeliers over the mats, and a lawn for outdoor fitness classes at sunrise and golden hour. It reads more like a wellness escape than an errand.
A lot of our Miramar regulars had never done Pilates before their first visit. Mat work is a full-body, low-impact workout needing no machine and no experience — just a mat, and we have those. Every movement scales through breath, range and tempo, so a beginner and someone five years in can share the same room without anyone being lost or bored. Come once, see how your back feels the next morning, and decide from there.
