Plantation, Florida
One straight run down Flamingo Road to a chandelier-lit barn, a lawn, and a mat class small enough to be coached properly.

From most of Plantation it's one road: Flamingo, straight south past I-595 and Griffin, then a short jog to 4680 Volunteer Rd. Plantation Acres can do it in about fifteen minutes; from the Central Park side plan on twenty. The whole drive runs against the morning rush, and there's free on-site parking when you arrive.
Plantation is the town that plants trees on purpose — the oak canopy is half of why people live there, and Plantation Acres holds onto its horse trails the way Southwest Ranches does. So a Pilates and wellness center inside a working bougainvillea nursery shouldn't feel like a stretch. The barn was built from scratch as a studio — vaulted white trusses, crystal chandeliers, bromeliads in the rails — and from October to March the bougainvillea around it is in full colour, which is exactly when the outdoor fitness classes on the lawn are at their best.
If you work along the I-595 or University corridor, our evening classes point you the opposite way from everyone else's drive home. Golden-hour mat work on the grass — a workout that leaves you longer, not wrecked — then breathwork before you get back in the car. Most people tell us the traffic they merge back into simply bothers them less. Early risers get the mirror image: a 6am exercise class and back up Flamingo before the school runs start.
