From Cooper City, head west on Griffin or Stirling and you're at 4680 Volunteer Rd inside Cielo Farms Nursery in roughly ten to fifteen minutes. Look for the white barn on the property, past the gates. Parking is on site.
Cooper City is a community that shows up for things — and the reason people keep coming back here is the same reason they keep coming back to anything local: someone notices whether you turned up. Our exercise classes are deliberately small. Your instructor knows your injuries, your modifications and what you were working on last week, which is the part a fifty-person franchise class structurally cannot do.
Mat Pilates is one of the few workouts where a total beginner and a five-year regular can genuinely take the same class without either being bored or lost. Every exercise scales through breath, range and tempo. It makes this an easy thing to drag a friend, a sister or a reluctant partner along to — the outdoor fitness classes on the lawn especially.
