Getting here from Pembroke Pines

About twenty minutes, and free parking.

From Pembroke Pines, come north on Flamingo or Dykes and cut across to 4680 Volunteer Rd — fifteen to twenty minutes for most of the city. Free parking on site, and the room is climate-controlled year-round, which matters in August.

A different kind of room.

Pembroke Pines has no shortage of fitness classes. What it doesn't have is a workout held under vaulted white trusses and crystal chandeliers, with the option to move outside onto the grass when the light is good. The setting isn't decoration — it's most of why people drive here instead of joining the nearest chain.

Every class ends quiet.

Our outdoor fitness classes close with ten to fifteen minutes of guided breathwork and stillness, and we run dedicated meditation and breathwork classes too. If you're commuting, parenting, or just running at full tilt, that closing stretch tends to be the part people say they actually came back for — the wellness half of our name at work.
